On  a recent visit to Brisbane we called into Brett's  Architectural showroom in Windsor. The showroom incorporates the very best in architectural door hardware and fittings, along with the finest bathware and kitchen appliance brands.

FRAMING NEARS COMPLETION AT AVOCA STREET

The wall and roof frames are nearing completion on this single level project.
Wind bracing, tiedowns and ancillary framing are being carried out also.
Roof fascias are in place and the gutters and roof shall be installed this week

ADDITIONS TO HOUSE ON KINGSCLIFF HILL

Schafer Design have prepared the concept plans for a first floor extension and roof observation deck to an existing house on Kingscliff Hill. When completed the owners will enjoy cooling summer breezes and expansive views to the ocean from the new living area and master bedroom on the upper floor.

FRAMING ADVANCES AT KAMALA CRESCENT

The timber wall frames now extend up to the second floor on this project, with the roof framing to follow shortly.  The upper floor which houses the master bedroom suite will enjoy uninterrupted ocean views when complete.  The ground floor living areas taking full advantage of the northerly aspect and views to the adjoining parkland.

SLAB POURED AT AVOCA STREET RESIDENCE

Nu-wave constructions are moving ahead well on this project with the slabs poured and erection of the wall frames scheduled to commence in the next couple of days
