Frank Samway's Veterinary Clinic - North Melbourne

4 Dimensions  - Building Contractors have been appointed to construct the new Frank Samway's Veterinary Clinic at North Melbourne for the Lost Dogs Home. All building approvals have now been obtained and construction is due to commence shortly.


The works valued at $2.4m include the refurbishment and conversion of existing offices and associated  warehouse building and the addition of a second storey above the warehouse.  Off street parking is to be provided for 22 vehicles plus bicycle parking.

Ballina Shire Council - Animal Pound

Schafer Design have been appointed to prepare the architectural drawings for Ballina Shire Council's new animal pound in Piper Drive, Ballina.  The new facility is to be built on the council depot site and adjoins the existing pound.

Working in conjunction with Therian, we designed the 628sqm facility  to be built over two stages and will comprise 53 dog kennels, cat holding, veterinary office and the associated staff areas.

Planit Consulting have prepared and lodged the Development Application.
