Schafer Design had designed the clients previous home in Casuarina and were happy to be engaged once again to design their new home.
The single level home of approximately 330 sqm comprises four double bedrooms, study, media room and double garage. The large open plan living area opens up onto the northern pool terrace seamlessly.
The construction is a sensitive mix of rendered brickwork, Scyon linear board, stone and corrugated steel roofing.
